Our story
Travel has always been the through line
Ben’s career in travel began in 2004, behind the desk of a cruise travel agency in Galveston while he was still in high school. Since then, he has seen the industry from nearly every angle: serving hotel guests in Death Valley and Las Vegas, working for an airline and training teams around the world on its technology, and later helping shape hotel technology and computer-vision AI.
That mix of hospitality and technology is what makes Ben’s approach different. He understands the human moments that make a trip memorable, and he knows how to untangle the complex systems behind it. At Ben’s Travel, that means careful research, fewer surprises and a plan that feels refreshingly simple — all curated personally by Ben.

Ben started at a cruise travel agency while still in high school in his hometown of Galveston, one of the country’s leading cruise ports.
