Celebrity Beyond expanded the Edge-series concept with a larger Grand Plaza, a multi-level Sunset Bar, more spacious Rooftop Garden, and an ambitious dining lineup. It feels like a contemporary resort for adults: lively enough for an engaging evening, but rarely centered on loud games or thrill rides.
Design and Atmosphere
The Grand Plaza creates a glamorous social center around the Martini Bar. Eden spans multiple decks with sea views, dining, and entertainment; the Rooftop Garden supports outdoor movies, music, and relaxation; and the Magic Carpet provides a distinctive platform along the ship’s side.
Dining, Cabins, and The Retreat
Beyond offers four included main restaurants and many specialty choices, including Le Voyage. Cocktail bars and lounges are integral to the experience. Budget for specialty dining selectively rather than assuming every acclaimed venue must be tried.
Infinite Veranda cabins integrate the veranda area into the room behind a powered window. Traditional balcony fans should compare alternative categories. AquaClass adds spa-oriented benefits, while The Retreat provides private dining, lounge, sundeck, and suite service.
Who Should Choose Beyond?
Beyond is ideal for couples and adult friends who care about cuisine, design, service, and attractive evening spaces. It is not designed primarily for children or travelers who judge ships by the number of active attractions.
